The Gee History

In 1983, George Gee laid the cornerstone for a remarkable legacy when he founded Gee Automotive Companies in Spokane, Washington. Over the years, George, alongside his wife Theresa, and later led by their son, Ryan Gee, transformed a single Pontiac dealership into a thriving network that now extends across Spokane, Seattle, Portland, Boise, Tucson, and Southern California. Now, we are excited to expand the Gee Companies to include Northern California, where Gee Heavy Machinery proudly serves as Komatsu’s construction, mining, and forestry dealer.

As a company rooted in the ethos of “families serving families,” we understand the importance of exceptional service. Our dedicated team, now over 2,200 members strong, remains committed to upholding the high standards that have defined the Gee Companies legacy for over four decades. Our goal is not to be a big business, it’s to be a good business that provides great customer experiences.
