Gee Heavy Machinery Appoints Mark Keeler as New General Manager
West Sacramento, May 1, 2024 – Gee Heavy Machinery, Northern California’s Komatsu construction, mining and forestry dealer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Keeler as its new General Manager. With a proven track record spanning over 25 years of leadership and innovation in the equipment industry, Keeler brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his new role.
In his new position, Keeler will assume responsibility for overseeing all facets of Gee Heavy Machinery’s operations, including strategic planning, business development, and customer satisfaction initiatives. With a keen focus on driving growth and enhancing operational efficiency, Keeler will work closely with the executive team to further strengthen the company’s standing as a market leader.

Prior to joining Gee Heavy Machinery, Keeler held various senior leadership positions in the equipment industry, most notably serving as Vice President of Power Systems at the Caterpillar dealer for WA, AL, MT and wester ND. Here, he demonstrated a strong commitment to driving innovation and delivering exceptional results. Under his stewardship, teams consistently provide solutions across diverse sector, including general construction, mining, oil and gas, marine and renewable energy. His deep understanding of the industry landscape and customer needs will prove invaluable as Gee Heavy Machinery continues to expand its product offerings and expand its market footprint.

Keeler holds a bachelor’s degree in management & economics from MSU. Additionally, he successfully graduated from an Executive Management Program at Rutgers University and participated in the High-Performance Leadership Program at the University of Denver.
